Carly is currently teaching  in Charlotte, NC. She is a recent graduate of the University of Idaho, where she received her MFA in Theatre Directing. She has a fondness for new works, particularly retellings of classics from a feminist perspective and plays of the LGBTQIA2s+ cannon.  She loves directing the new and redirecting the old.  Her career goal is to flood the industry with inclusive, trauma-informed, and consent-based practices to ensure sustainable and equitable careers for all artists.
